芭蕾甲

手指甲一年只塗一兩次，因為近日又給我咬了不少。腳甲倒會塗塗的，不過家裡存貨足夠，未有購買意欲。

翻看舊雜誌才知道，OPI和New York City Ballet合作出了一系列的NYCB指甲油，真會賺錢。

名字都很有芭蕾味道(圖左至右)：

減肥成績接近零，暫未有心機回去上跳舞課。

Foot Cream

久不久我便轉用不同品牌的foot cream。這回買了Kiehl's的Intensive Treatment and Moisturizer for Dry or Callused Areas。感覺很不錯，尤其上星期做了chiropody treatment，更要多多滋潤腳踭。

點字銀紙

四月和家人參加Dialogue in the Dark時都認識到本港一早已有供盲人用的讀紙幣器來辨認銀紙幣值的了.



今天發現原來已有凹凸銀碼、手感線和點字的紙幣了.



說回Dialogue in the Dark, 真是首次體驗看不見的世界原來如此. 其實母親常常擔心我眼睛會有問題(因為終日對著部腦), 有時也會想, 萬一有一天真的看不見時, 我的世界會變成什麼模樣.

黑暗中對話 Dialogue in the Dark

周五晚和家人去了"Dialogue in the Dark", 感受獨一無二. 這個75分鐘的黑暗體驗, 真是人生首次. 真真正正去親身經歷"看不到"是什麼一回事. 不只是"伸手不見五指"那麼簡單, 是完全黑暗的世界. 和家人一起在黑暗中互動, 還順道慶生(姊姊的; 體驗中還一起吃生日蛋糕!), 有趣亦有驚喜(險).

不提供太多體驗的內容了, 有興趣的請抽空和家人或友好去參與. 讓更多人認識視障人士的需求.
